I started up the process for repairs with Mr. Thaddeus Brickley, the account representative at SF handling such claims. At the first encounter with Mr. Brickley I knew that my case was in good hands. Mr. Brickley was very helpful and informative. He was showing genuine respect and patience (needed for my poor hearing). Mr. Brickley went far beyond professional courtesy, he made sure that I feel comfortable while guiding me through the whole process, and explained all that's related to it. State Farm must be proud to have associates like Mr. Brickley. Being a fragile old man Mr. Brickley has escorted me to the car each time when visiting his office.
